APL Apollo has registered a sales volume of 373,124 tons in Q1FY22. The sales equal to 86% of Q4FY21 sales volume, due to the second wave of COVID-19 which had hit the country in April-May 2021.
On Thursday, APL Apollo said that the company focused on maintaining its dominant leadership and increasing the sale of its value-added products in a challenging environment.
Further, the sale of value-added products contributed 67% in Q1FY22 as compared to 57% in FY21.
At around 11.31 AM, APL Apollo was trading at Rs1664.05 per piece skyrocketing by Rs35.65 or 2.19% on Sensex.
The stock has hit a new 52-week high of Rs1675.75 per piece in the early deals of Sensex.
