Bollywood and the TV industry woke up to the shocking news of Mandira Bedi's husband and filmmaker Raj Kaushal's tragic demise. His sudden demise left everyone shocked and the entire industry is sharing their condolences on social media for the late filmmaker. TV actress and Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde also took to her Instagram account to express grief over Raj's sudden demise. Raj was Shilpa's first director with whom she worked.
Sharing his picture, Shilpa penned and emotional note, "Sadly enough, the most painful goodbyes are the ones that are left unsaid and never explained😔💔 Raj Kaushal ji meri life ke 1st director hain. My deepest condolences to his family🙏🏻 @mandirabedi."

Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai actress Saumya Tandon also took to social media to pay condolences to Mandira and family.

She tweeted, "Deeply saddened ! @mandybedi can’t imagine what you must be going through. You are in our prayers. May you and your kids get all the strength in the world. Folded hands."

Actor Ronit Roy was seen consoling Mandira at her husband’s funeral, the actor and his family were close friends with Raj Kaushal.

Mandira was inconsolable at the last rites. She performed his last rites and was captured while coming out of the crematorium.

As soon as the news came out, close friends and relatives of Mandira and Raj reached their house to console, mourning Mandira and her kids. Actors Ashish Chowdhary, Ronit Roy, Apurva Agnihotri, Shilpa Saklani and others were seen at the couple's house and even at the crematorium.

Director-producer Raj Kaushal passed away today (June 30) in the early hours. According to reports Raj Kaushal took his last breath after he suffered a cardiac arrest around 4:30 am.

Mandira and Raj got married on Valentine's day on February 14, 1999. They are parents to a biological son Veer. And, it was only last year that the couple adopted a baby girl, Tara.
