The Bulls have secured the services of Springbok winger, Ruan Combrinck, who will arrive at Loftus Versfeld on Thursday, 1 July.
The 31-year-old speedster, who played seven Tests for the Boks in 2016, joins from French club Stade Francais, whom he represented since 2019.
Before that, Combrinck played for the Lions between 2012 and 2019, having made his senior professional debut for Western Provine in 2010.
"Any team will be fortunate to acquire a gem like Ruan, who has proven his outstanding abilities over the years. His signing will add to the depth of this team, and we have no doubts that his on-field as well as his off-field capabilities will contribute to the Bulls reaching greater heights," Bulls director of rugby Jake White said in a statement.
