    New dad looking for new routine

    I just became a dad a week ago and now have even less personal time lol. I'm looking for a new routine to fit into my busy schedule. I'd like to try and hit the gym at least 3 days a week. Anything after would be a bonus. Overall I'm looking for a routine/program that could maximize time spent and just keep me fit looking.
