It expects BOOT to sustain delivering market beating growth 2-3% ahead of IPM, including the new launches support. A focused drive to improve the operational efficiencies, cost reduction and positive product mix would result in margin improvement. It values AIL at 41x FY23E EPS. It maintains BUY rating and TP of Rs 21,225. At CMP of Rs 16,873, the stock trades at 37.9x FY22E EPS of Rs 443.8 and 32.7x FY23E EPS of Rs 516.5. Key risks to call includes domestic growth risk and any additional brand coming under price control.
