Giannis Antetokounmpo escaped a major injury, but he may still miss the Bucks’ biggest game of the season.

Further tests revealed no structural damage to Antetokounmpo’s hyperextended left knee, ESPN reported Wednesday. However, the Bucks have listed the 26-year-old as doubtful for Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals against the Hawks on Thursday.

Antetokounmpo left Tuesday’s Game 4 loss, which tied the series 2-2, in the third quarter after landing awkwardly on his left leg attempting to contest an alley-oop intended for Clint Caplea. After remaining on the hardwood for several minutes, Antetokounmpo limped off the court alongside his brother, Thanasis, who assisted him into the locker room. He did not return to the game.

The Bucks trailed by 10 points at the time of Antetokounmpo’s injury and further wilted without their star, falling 110-88 and allowing the Hawks to even up the series at 2-2. Game 5 is set to take place Thursday night in Milwaukee.
