Anyone who is trying to get into shape knows how hard it can be, knowing the one thing that is truly stopping you is the amount of fat that is overtaking actual healthy muscle. Which leaves your muscles looking like melted ice cream.
No one wants that, right? Well if you want to know the top tips on how to body fat FAST, while also gaining muscle simultaneously. Then without further or do we shall proceed!
There is one golden rule and that is to... NEVER give up no matter how hard it gets, remember anything is possible.
Before we start I would recommend watching a motivational video. One I recommend personally is : *************.us/67271080223031
Now lets begin...
#1: Having determination: Having determination is probably the key factor to get anything done in life, that can be labelled as challenging. I recommend many motivational videos and music I also want you to think in your mind and repeat the words "i can do this". It really works, as a way of telling yourself that this is light work and if you feel that way. Perfect! You're on track to something that will change your life for the better!
#2: Focus on strength training: Focus on heavy compound weightlifting for best results in muscle growth. Utilise all major muscle groups while working at 80-85 percent of your 1RM (one repetition maximum), which will equate to around 4-7 reps.
#3: Switch up your training: Over time, your body gets used to certain exercises and movements, which is why it's important to mix it up to work different muscles. One training principle that occurs over time is adaptation. This means your body becomes used to the exercises and intensity you are performing and so, in order to make continual gains, you need to change your program. It is recommended you do so, every 4-6 weeks.
#4: Have rest days and sleep well: Now this one is the most important tip. Although it's tempting, avoid working out seven days a week. Recovery is just as important as training. Make sure your aiming for a lot of sleep, this is very important, because the body needs to rest and repair. Especially if any damage is done to any muscle tissue.
To go into further detail, I have linked four videos, on this subject. Which will go into more detail then listed here. It is VERY recommended you watch the videos.
