Zoom to acquire Kites to expand real-time transaction features

Zoom Video Communications announced a definitive agreement to acquire Karlsruhe Information Technology Solutions - Kites (Kites), a start-up dedicated to developing real-time machine translation products. The transaction's terms were not disclosed.
