I have been working out for around 2 years now and for a while Ive had a slight problem with my bench press form. Whenever I begin struggling, my elbows start to cave inwards slightly and I believe this causes my front delts and triceps to start working more than my chest. On lighter weights I can control this and my form is pretty solid. Also, when I do dumbell bench press, I never have this problem. Has anyone experienced this issue and know anything that could help.
