It’s difficult for me to get down 2-3 bowls of oatmeal so I’ve been using nutribullet to blend blueberries, peanut butter and sprouted oats but I notice Im much less full and feel as if I didn’t get enough out of the meal. Is this normal because the oats are blended instead?
