The Ten Commandments were given to us by God to give us a clear guide on how to live our lives. However, from time to time, we break these commandments, and this will result in us receiving punishment from God. To make sure our children live by God’s commandment, we have to start inculcating these values while they are young.

Dr. Louchrisa Ford High, an accomplished educator, presents a series of books that will enforce the importance of following the Ten Commandments. She presents one of the books in the series, Blue Molly, which focuses on the eighth commandment; Thou shall not steal.

In this book, we will follow the story of a mischievous and deviant cat named Molly. She was also lazy and got into a lot of fights and trouble. Because of this, a lot of people hated her. One day, she went into Mr. Doggie’s store to get some peppermint candy. Mr. Doggie was generous, kind, and he often looked out for other people. But, while trying to choose the flavor, Molly got greedy and thought about stealing the candies instead of buying them.

Will Molly succeed in her wicked plan? Or will she get caught? If she were, what are the consequences of her actions?

The book will certainly present the lesson in a very unconventional way. However, its honesty will also ensure that the reader captures the lesson, and earnestly live by it. Dr. High’s writing style is also very conducive to a child’s comprehension level, making it educational for them. It also comes with colorful illustrations that will surely capture a child’s attention.
