The Serum Institute of India (SII) on Monday applied to the European Union’s regulatory body for the inclusion of Covishield on the list of jabs approved for the green pass vaccine passport programme that will allow inoculated people visit EU nations.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) said the matter would be considered when an application is received for it.
