I have palsy and am weak on left side. What should my strategy be?

Overall, my body is as normal as everyone else's. The only thing is my entire left side of my body, all of my muscles are smaller and weaker than my dominant right side.

Keep in mind, I am older (56 years old). I am very healthy in every other way and after 1 1/2 years locked up inside I am eager to get active and moving! I am 5'8" and just 100 days ago I was around 200#. All I did was cut out the soda, chips and all processed foods and have lost 17#'s in 100 days !!!

So, for example, with building my chest, there is a not a HUGE but a clear difference in size between my right and my left pectorals from natural use and my right being dominant. My left arm is also weaker at the moment but I know with work it is possible to build the muscles to be close to the right. It might take time, but it is doable.

So, the question is, is it in my best interest to focus just on my left to bring the size closer to my right before moving forward with both? Or is there some other strategy that can work better for a situation like this?

Just pick a program from the stickies up there like Fierce 5 or All Pro and go with it. Don't give any symettrical imballances any consideration. I don't. My left testicle is larger than the 2 on the right. I don't loose any sleep over it.
