Gurugram: 22 from Delhi held for party without nod

GURUGRAM: Around 22 youths from Delhi were arrested for holding a booze party inside a guest house in Gurugram on Sunday.
The men were arrested for breaking Covid-19 protocol and organising a large gathering without proper permission and approval. They were later released on bail.
A team from Sadar police station raided the guest house and found a group of youngsters organising a booze party. Excise officials were also alerted about the raid. A case was registered under section 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant), 269 (unlawfully or negligently act) and 34 (common intention) of IPC and section of Excise Act and Disaster Management Act.
