Sidharth Malhotra gears up to get back to the “hustle-bustle of film shoots”

According to a recent report by Pinkvilla, Sidharth Malhotra was spotted on a film set in Mumbai on Monday and is working up to start shooting for the film, “Thank God.”

As the government of Maharashtra has eased the lockdown and given permission to the film industry to begin shooting given, they follow the guidelines enlisted by the state, Bollywood is getting back on track. The film industry started working in fledge again around mid-June. As per the recent reports by Pinkvilla, the ‘A Gentleman’ actor is ready to kick-start his work on a comedy film which is an Indra Kumar directorial ‘Thank God’ starring Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh and Sidharth Malhotra.

As the reports suggest, the filming for the movie is expected to begin in the first week of July in Mumbai. The team has commenced its work of sets and green screen model. It was reported that the actor went back to the sets on Monday for a short duration, besides the social comedy. The details about the film and his visit to the sets are yet to be revealed. The actor also shared his experience of returning to sets as he was back after a two-month gap, he said, “It has been a long wait and I have been looking forward to getting back to the hustle-bustle of film shoots. Elated to shoot again and see the happy & creative flow of energy that was truly missed,” via Pinkvilla.

On a related note, besides ‘Thank God,’ the actor also has a Shantanu Bagchi directorial thriller film ‘Mission Manju’ in the pipeline. He also has a biopic of Captain Vikram Batra, ‘SherShaah,’ that’s all set for release.
