Private hospitals to be opened in villages in Chhattisgarh

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has asked for the cooperation of the private sector to further strengthen the health facilities in rural areas.

In Chhattisgarh, now private hospitals will be opened in the villages. For this, a grant will be given by the state government to the private sector.

The Chief Minister said that the services of specialist doctors could be made available in rural areas besides expanding health services and improving health infrastructure with private sector cooperation.

The Chief Minister has asked the Department of Industries to prepare its action plan in the next 10 days.

The Chief Minister said that grants would also be given to the private sector to strengthen the health infrastructure in rural areas.
