China’s Didi expected to raise $4 billion in New York IPO

The Chinese ride-hailing giant could be valued at up to $67 billion

Didi Global, the Chinese ride-hailing company, is expected to raise $4 billion this week on the New York Stock Exchange an initial public offering that would give the company a $62-to-$67 billion market capitalization.

The outlook: Didi’s listing, the same week as that of doughnut chain Krispy Kreme, illustrates the renewed vigour of the IPO market as investors try to take advantage of rising markets and generous valuations.
