The EV6 crossover will debut as a 2022 model and will be the first Kia to be built on a dedicated electric vehicle platform.
Ultrafast charging: The battery runs on an 800-volt system that allows ultrafast charging from 10% to 80% in 18 minutes. It also can add 60 miles of range in under 5 minutes.
Reverse charging: The battery can serve as a small generator, supplying up to 3.6 kilowatts of electricity using a standard plug, capable of powering a 55-inch TV and air conditioner simultaneously for over 24 hours or charging another EV.
Augmented reality: A head-up display projects driving information in the driver's line of sight at the base of the windshield, including turn-by-turn navigation.
