Hello everyone,
I hope everyone is doing well. I noticed on my right biceps a little cyst like bump when palpated. It isn't visible at all really unless muscle is flexed. When discussing it with my pathophysiology professor, she indicated that it could be simply a cyst or an active muscle repair site due to strain on muscles. Did anyone have anything similar to that? Furthermore, when muscle is flexed on the medial side of the biceps sometimes cyst like bumps pop as well but then disappear right away. However, on the lateral side this cyst is just there. No pain upon palpation at all either.
I also asked couple of my friends who also worked, and they have a similar thing on their quads. So it makes me wonder, is it a scar tissue or an active repair site?
Thanks a lot.
