‘Dumpy & Bumpy’ Brings Pals Together For Block Puzzle Delights

Posted on June 28, 2021June 9, 2021 by Joel Couture

Dumpy & Bumpy will have you pushing stuff, throwing things, breaking blocks, and blowing stuff up to complete its puzzles. Bring a buddy if you like!

The game aims to offer all kinds of different puzzle experiences. In some stages, you’re pushing blocks around to get them lined up with the right symbols on the floor. In another, you’ll be tossing explosives around to blow things up in just the right way to clear your path. For some stages, you could be fiddling with warps or trying to smack bosses around. Sometimes, you might just end up playing a round of golf. The game does a lot of stuff with its pushing and grabbing mechanics, so expect to keep this colorful pair busy doing different things.

Dumpy & Bumpy

You don’t have to tackle these challenges alone, as you can grab a co-op buddy and have them help you. Sure can help when two people are working toward solving the same puzzle, right? Well, it CAN work out that way, but when high explosives are involved, you know how good friends can suddenly turn on one another. Thankfully, there’s specific modes where you can deal with these dangerous urges away from the puzzle levels. Not that this will prevent folks from turning on each other in silly ways periodically. It’ll at least give you somewhere to settle your differences, though.

Dumpy & Bumpy provides several different puzzles for players to enjoy, and can be even more fun when you bring a friend along, making for a great experience by yourself or with a pal.

Dumpy & Bumpy is available now on Steam.
