Ziggo opts for fibre in new-build areas

Dutch cable operator Ziggo announced it's bringing fibre directly into homes in its network build. Speaking to newspaper NRC Handelsblad, fixed network director Leo-Geert van den Berg said the company will connect the first homes in Rotterdam in the coming weeks, at the new Zalmhaven towers.
