Jammu Airport: The blast took place around 2 AM.
Bomb disposal and forensic teams were rushed to Jammu Airport this morning after an explosion at the Air Force area of the Airport. The blasts were reported at 2 AM. Two people were injured.
All angles are being investigated on what caused the blast, say Indian Air Force (IAF) sources.
Police said they were waiting for an FIR (First Information Report) by the Air Force.
The Jammu airport runway and the Air Traffic Control are under the IAF control, and is also used to operate passenger flights.
