Even as board examination for Classes X and XII have been cancelled owing to the Covid-19 pandemic, and admissions to the next academic year in professional and non-professional courses now largely depend on various entrance exams, a student organisation has arranged for free mock tests for all students.
The mock tests will be available on the website, http://www.vidyarthimitra.org. The format and old question papers for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) are available to students as they have been conducted for several years. This year, however, the Maharashtra government has introduced a new CET for Class XI, whose format was recently declared but sample question papers have not been shared.
A team of educationists, doctors and teachers will prepare model question papers for the CET for Class XI, which will be available through mock tests on the website as well as other entrance exams.
Students will have to register themselves in advance. Dates for the mock tests are – Class XI on July 11, MHT-CET on July 12, JEE on July 13 and NEET on July 14.
All registered students will be provided guidance on the admission process to different courses, and will also get updates of developments related to their courses.
