    Hi, kinda new here

I guess my main goals right now would be to find a beginner program for people with very little physical endurance and also back problems particularly oriented around weight loss and like mobility a little I guess?

    What kind of back problems?

Weight loss is 100% about being in a calorie deficit. Eat fewer calories than you use during the day, and bodyweight will drop. Calculate your tdee and start tracking the food and drinks you eat during each day. Weigh yourself each morning after using the bathroom and write the number down somewhere, every day.

Your physical endurance will improve as you start exercising, so don't start off with that as a limiting factor. Good free programs are:

    Candito Linear
    Fierce 5
    AllPros
    Viking's
    2020 maxes
    Squat 185
    Bench 137
    DL 205
