    16 Week Comp Prep

I’m starting prep for my first WBFF fitness comp and my coach isn’t able to discuss cycles.

I’ve done multiple cycles but unsure of the right cycle in preparation for Comp in terms of timing and what Would be best.

    Stats:
    - 6ft
    - 95kg
    - 53kg muscle mass
    - 8% bf

I’m planning to sit around 85-90kg comp day

Unless you want to discuss the best type of cycling (mountain climbing, road cycling, indoor stationary bike cycling) then it can’t be discussed here.
