Very sweet taste, I don't feel the need to eat any other sweet stuff when I eat this thing almost daily. Make sure to mix it well.
2. Oatmeal whey "cereal" (around 400 calories & 30 grams of protein)
- 2 dl oatmeal
- 1 dl extreme milk chocolate whey
- a lot of water to avoid the porridge-like consistency
It's like eating soggy chocolate cereal, and the water (basically whey) tastes amazing. It may not be for everyone, but always worth a try.
Turn it into French toast (you can use just egg whites or whole eggs) :] And if I’m feeling really zazzy I’ll add jalapeño 1/3 fat cream cheese And a tiny bit of honey
