Sushmita Sen on Aarya Season 2: One has to wait for good things
Followers asked Sushmita on Instagram live, about the most awaited season of ‘Aarya’. She answered and shared an update about the upcoming season.

Sushmita Sen was last seen in the Hotstar web series, Aarya, and was critically acclaimed for her performance. She received several awards for her debut web series including the ‘Best actor in drama series’ award. The season was released last year and since then, the audiences have been eagerly waiting for the second season. Recently, the actress conducted an Instagram live session and had a conversation with her followers.
Sushmita went live on Instagram with her daughters Renee and Alisah Sen and boyfriend Rohman Shawl. Many of the fans asked her about the release of Season 2. The actress replied that she felt very happy to see all the love and appreciation, people are giving to her web series. Looking at her fan’s excitement, she shared an update about the series. She said, “I am dying to tell you about Aarya. The last schedule is left for Aarya, and it is not very long. So it should be done very very soon. The amount of love and appreciation you have given Aarya, when we come back you have to love season 2. For all good things, one has to wait.”
She also requested her fans and followers to shower the same amount of love on Season 2 as well, on its release. The actress has won other awards like Dadasaheb Phalke Awards, Critics Choice Awards, and Raj Kapoor Awards for Aarya.
The drama thriller was directed by Ram Madhvani, Sandeep Modi, and Vinod Rawat. The series also starred actors like Chandrachur Singh, Namit Das, Ankur Bhatia, Vikas Kumar, and several others. The series portrayed the struggle of a mother to save her children and family from the clutches of the drug mafia gang.
