TORONTO, June 24, 2021 /CNW/ - Hut 8 Mining Corp. (TSX: HUT) ("Hut 8" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held virtually via teleconference on June 23, 2021 were passed.
