CBSE Board Exams 2021 Latest Updates: At this crucial time when students across the country are eagerly waiting for their Board Exams Results, Union Minister of Education Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Friday held a session with students to clear their doubts over a number of issues related to examination and results. On Thursday, the education minister said that he will hold a live session through his social media platforms at 4 PM on Friday. Moreover, he had earlier asked students to share questions with him and he is expected to resolve queries of students in the live interaction.

However, it was expected that the education minister would focus his interaction on CBSE board exams, results, and college admission-related queries. Apart from this, the education minister was also expected to talk about the JEE Mains and NEET 2021 exams.

The NEET 2021 was scheduled to be held on August 1. As the application form is not released yet, it is unlikely that the exam will be conducted as per schedule. Sources at the ministry of education earlier had informed that the medical entrance exam might be postponed till September.

Nishank, who is in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) undergoing treatment for post-Covid complications, said students have been sending him messages with their queries and apprehensions.

4:35 PM: The education minister insisted that the safety of the students is paramount to the Central government.

4:30 PM: Even though the education minister had asked students to ask queries, he, however, did not respond to any questions. Students have been asking questions to know about dates on JEE and NEET exams.

4: 20 PM: Students across the country were eagerly waiting for clarity on the pending competitive exams from the education minister.

4:15 PM: The education minister, however, did not make an announcement on JEE Main 2021 or NEET 2021 exam dates. The message was only to assure the students of safety and to share the process of CBSE Result 2021 calculation.

4: 10 PM: In the recorded message, the Education Minister shared that the CBSE optional exams may be conducted in August or any other later date, in case the situation is conducive. He has also insisted that the safety of the students is paramount to the government.

4: 03 PM: The education minister also assured that the students would be allowed to write and improve their scores in case they are not happy with the result. Notably, the address of the minister was not a live interaction but rather a recorded message.

4:PM: Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal began his recorded message and thanked PM Modi. He also shared that he is happy that the students have got an appropriate solution.

3: 33PM: Just a few hours ahead of his live interaction, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal dropped a hint of a message for students. As lakhs of students are eagerly waiting for the dates of the competitive entrance exams JEE and NEET, the message has raised hope that there may be an announcement of exam dates today.

3: 25 PM: “Sir, Please postpone  NEET UG exam till mid. Sept. We need time as well. As you said for jee students that they can prepare well in the given time. Then we need time too to study well. Please understand us too. We need time too to overcome this whole pandemic scenario,” a student said on Twitter.

3:20 PM: Ahead of his Live interaction with students, medical aspirants have started using #postponeNEET2021 to draw the minister’s attention to their demands of the postponement of the examination.

“Dear students, I am constantly receiving a lot of your messages and information. Also, you have expressed concern about my health. For this, I would like to express my thanks to all of you and say that I am feeling healthy now,” he said on Twitter.

“Some of your apprehensions have also been expressed in your messages. But was unable to communicate with you due to this ongoing treatment in the hospital.
