Experts highlight how industry must develop to succeed

Communication, pricing, knowledge, data and the recruitment of talent are key ways for the insurance industry to tackle emerging problems in the sector, according to panellists at the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) conference which took place virtually yesterday (24 June).

Following the president’s forum session, which tackled the issue of public trust in the industry, the conference moved on to a panel session where experts from the institute’s insurance societies considered what skills
