“Sex and the City” star and political activist Cynthia Nixon and her spouse, Christine Marinoni, completed their townhouse hunt and have plunked down $4.4 million on a Kips Bay townhouse, according to property records.
The home, on East 32nd Street, was on the market for a mere 34 days, according to Streeteasy.
At 4,984 square feet, it features five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Nixon has been turning heads lately, or, at least her voice has.
The audio was heard during an, um, dress rehearsal of a live theater production that involved a pole dancer in a window, Page Six reported.
Nixon is also currently starring in HBO Max’s upcoming “Sex and the City” reboot, where she is revisiting her Emmy award-winning role as Miranda Hobbes, from the 1990s.
The townhouse features exposed brick, four working fireplaces, large windows, parquet floors and wrought-iron railings.

There’s also a sunken living room and a wall of sliding-glass doors and windows that open to a bi-level rear garden that boasts a mature magnolia tree.
The turn-of-the-century townhouse is currently configured as an owner’s triplex with three free marketrental units.
The listing broker is Vandenberg’s Dexter Guerrieri.
