There's Finally an Update in Arnold Schwarzenegger & Maria Shriver's Divorce, 10 Years After Their Split

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver broke up almost exactly 10 years ago and now there is finally a new update in their divorce, which still has not been finalized.

Maria filed for divorce on July 1, 2011 after Arnold admitted to fathering a child, his son Joseph Baena, with their housekeeper.

New legal documents have been obtained and the divorce reportedly seems on track to being finalized.

The Blast reports that Arnold “filed a declaration of disclosure,” which usually signals that a divorce case is coming to an end. The outlet reports that the document “must be served on the other party before or at the time you enter into an agreement resolving property or support issues.”

There are no custody issues in the divorce as the former couple’s four children – Katherine, 31, Christina, 29, Patrick, 27, and Christopher, 23 – are all adults. At this point, it all comes down to splitting up the money.

It has been reported that Arnold and Maria‘s estate is worth over $400 million and that there was no prenuptial agreement, which means there should be a 50/50 split of their estate.

Arnold recently explained why he didn’t endorse Donald Trump for president.
