Veteran actress Neena Gupta's daughter and ace designer Masaba Gupta is an avid social media user and often shares her stunning posts from the personal as well as professional front. Taking to her Instagram handle, Masaba recently dropped a stunning mirror selfie flaunting her toned figure and surprised everyone with her drastic transformation. As soon as she dropped her selfie, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan and Malaika Arora, who were in complete awe of her transformation, rushed to the comments section to shower their love upon her. While Kareena, along with several hearts and a virtual hug wrote, 'Masaba Masaba Masaba fan girl bro hugs', Malaika Arora, who herself is a fitness freak wrote, 'Incredible woman'. Meanwhile, Masaba, along with the picture penned an inspirational note that read as, 'I am as committed to my health as I am to my business & my relationships. Say this to yourself every single day. You have to make one thing about Fitness non-negotiable in your life. It all starts there.' Further, while elaborating her fitness routine, she added, 'My 7-9 am workout/walk/yoga is non-negotiable…also no ordering in outside food on a weekday! Simple, ghar ka khaana. No celebration the night before, no amount of stress & no phone call can distract me from this. This non-negotiable has helped me nearly cure PCOD, get off medication, focus better and enjoy time off with the food & drink I love with friends & family on the weekend even more.' She concluded by saying that by having proper nutrition and physical activity, girls can sort out their hormonal issues. She wrote, 'I’m the lightest I’ve been in 10years today and want to prove to myself that a lot of hormonal issues we girls have sometimes can be tackled through fixing our nutrition & making physical activity your focus!' On the work front, Masaba who had a successful career as a fashion designer also made her acting debut with a web show some time back.
