Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, IndInfravit Trust has now informed the Exchange about the reduced face value per debenture pursuant to the trust fixing record date for partial redemption and payment of interest.

Hence, Trading Members are advised that these Debentures will be traded with above mentioned reduced face value with effect from June 28, 2021 (DR-061/2021-2022).

Trading Members of the Exchange are required to take note of it.
