Woman killed in road accident in north Kashmir

Srinagar, Jun 25 (UNI) A woman was on Friday killed in a road accident in north Kashmir district of Kupwara, official sources said.

They said a woman was hit and critically injured by a vehicle at Bramri in Kupwara on Friday evening. “The wounded was immediately taken to District Hospital Handwara where she was declared brought dead,” they said.

They said a case has been registered and investigation has been taken up in the incident. “The identity of the woman is being ascertained,” they added.
