DNA says 20% of Finnish firms introduced a new online service during pandemic

Over 20 percent of businesses in Finland introduced one or more digital service during the coronavirus pandemic, according to a study by Finnish operator DNA concerning digital equality. Nearly one fifth of respondents said they serve their customers via mobile application.
