The Dow Jones Industrial Average finished up 1,048.86 points, or 5.20 per cent, to 21,237.38 on Tuesday. The S&P500 index increased 143.06 points, or 6.00 per cent, to 2,529.19.
Shares of Adani Enterprises Ltd. fell 0.3 per cent to Rs 1499.95 in Thursday's trade as of 01:20PM (IST) even as the benchmark Nifty ruled at 15791.00, up 104.05 points.

The scrip had closed at Rs 1504.4 in the previous session. The stock quoted a 52-week low of Rs 145.15 and a high of Rs 1718.45. The company quoted a market-cap of Rs 165812.87 crore on the BSE.

On BSE, 360,672 shares have changed hands on the counter so far. At its prevailing price, the stock traded at 179.66 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 8.39 per share and 0.89 times its book value. The return on equity (ROE) stood at Rs 5.37.

Key Financials
For the quarter ended 31-Mar-2021, Adani Enterprises Ltd. reported consolidated sales of Rs 13688.95 crore, up 0.07 per cent from the same quarter a year ago. The company reported 282.21 per cent YoY growth in net profit at Rs 233.95 crore for the latest quarter.

Technical indicators
The relative strength index (RSI) of the stock stood at Thursday. The RSI oscillates between zero and 100. Traditionally, it is considered overbought condition when the RSI value is above 70 and oversold when it is below 30.

Analysts say the RSI indicator should not be seen in isolation, as it may not be sufficient to take a trading call, just the way a fundamental analyst cannot give a "buy" or "sell" recommendation using a single valuation ratio.
