PATNA: In a bizarre incident, the result sheet of a male candidate of State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) carrying the picture of South India’s famous actress Anupama Parameswaran was issued on Thursday in Bihar taking everyone by their utter surprise.

As soon as the result sheet went viral on social media, the officials of the education department went into a tizzy finding out as to whose fault led to such an embarrassing situation.

The candidate Rishikesh Kumar, son of Ripusudan Prasad, had cleared the STET examination and his result was issued on Tuesday but upon getting his result sheet, he was stunned to see the picture of Malayalam actress in place of him.

"I contacted the department for rectifying the mistake but no one heeded my request," he told the media.

Rishikesh has secured 77.7035 marks out of 150 marks in paper one of Maths and 95.4545 marks out of 150 marks in paper two of Maths.

Meanwhile, additional chief secretary of education, Sanjay Kumar told the media that a probe has been ordered to ascertain as how such blunder could be possible.

It may be noted that this is not the first such case. Earlier, in Bihar, names of Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi and actress Sunny Leone have also come out in the admit cards of other examinations.

Last year, after the first phase of Covid, a case of discrepancy in the online graduation part-2 examination form was spotted under the Bihar University when the father name of a candidate was stated Emraan Hashmi and mother’s name Sunny Leone with an address location of Muzaffarpur's red light area.

The above incident also was viral on the social media causing a great face loss to the university.

In the same way, two years ago, the list of Junior Engineer Examination was released by the Public Health Engineering Department of Bihar, in which a student named Bollywood actress Sunny Leone was at the top with a total of 98.5 marks.

When it was exposed, Leader of Opposition of Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav had attacked the government saying "make a fake topper, get a fake job".

Now, Yadav took to twitter and said that, "After making Sunny Leone top in the Junior Engineer examination of Bihar, now Malayalam actress Anupama Parameswaran has been passed the #STET exam. Nitish ji is ruining the lives of crores of youth by rigging every examination and resumption.  It takes a decade to complete a restoration that, too, rigged."

Ritu Jaiswal, who is also RJD's candidate from Parihar seat of Sitamarhi in the Bihar assembly elections, tweeted and wrote that, "Scam, that too with the future of the youth! The government with such lowly and lousy thinking, the scamster 'Officer Raj', should die. People from all over the country used to come
to get education in the ancient Nalanda University. Now the famous Malayalam actress has come in the list of getting jobs in Bihar."
