Indore: Around 99 percent target has been achieved in vaccination those associated with the MT Cloth Market, while 90 per cent of those working in industries have been vaccinated, according to available figures.

These figures have been achieved mainly because organisation of trade and industries have banned entry of those who have not been vaccinated.
This was informed at a meeting of representatives of trade and industry called by collector Manish Singh on Thursday. Additional collector Pawan Jain and chairman of the Sahayta Sanstha Anil Bhandari were also present.

The representatives of various trade and industry organisations informed that more than 90% vaccination of the owners and employees of the shops and industrial units has been completed, to which collector Singh said that the entire work should be completed by July 10. The collector said that shopkeepers and industry owners should ask people coming to their premises whether they are vaccinated or not.

The representative of the Anaj Mandi Association informed that it has been decided by the association that farmers and customers coming from outside will be entertained only after vaccination. Arrangements have also been made to give vaccines to persons who enter the market. A similar thing was also said by the representative of the Dawa Bazar Traders Association. The representatives of Shree Cloth Market Association said that more than 99% of people have been vaccinated in the area, the remaining people will also be vaccinated as far as possible. In the meeting, representatives of the Industries Association, Sanwer Road, and Pologround said that more than 90% vaccination has been done in their area.

Collector Manish Singh asked the representatives of Choithram Fruit and Vegetable Market to mandatorily get all their traders, employees, hammals, tulavati etc. vaccinated by July 10. Make arrangements so that no one should enter the market premises without vaccination. It was told in the meeting that after July 10, it would be taken in writing from all industrial, business, and commercial institutions that all the people associated with them have been vaccinated.

Collector also hold a meeting with the representatives of Petrol Pump Association, Hotel Association, Association of Industries, Devi Ahilya Chamber of Commerce, Hospital Association Lead Bank Manager, Palda Industries Association on Wednesday.

Hotel Association and Association of Industries of Madhya Pradesh informed collector that people who got vaccinated would be given incentives by their members.
