Mitchelstown’s Catherine Kavanagh was outstanding at Macroom last week as she compiled a score of 40 stableford points to win the Munster Senior Women’s title.
She had 20 points on each nine and won by a single point from East Cork’s Lillian Harrington.
Tipperary’s Renagh Murphy was third with 38 and Dungarvan’s Mary Power fourth with 37.
