BHOPAL: Corona positivity rate in Madhya Pradesh further reduced to 0.09 per cent on Thursday. The state reported 62 new corona cases pushing the tally to 7,89,561 and toll to 8849. Active cases reduced to 1280. Around 68,453 samples were sent for testing and 153 samples were rejected at time of testing.
Indore reported 10 corona cases and its tally to 1,52,798 and toll to 1379. Bhopal reported 15 corona case and its tally to 1,23,023 and toll to 972. Indore active cases reduced to 239 and Bhopal active cases reduced to 362.
Other major cities like Gwalior and Jabalpur reported three and zero cases respectively. Their active cases are eight and 55 respectively.
The districts which reported zero corona case include Ratlam, Rewa, Shivpuri, Satna, Vidisha, Sehore, Shahdol, Katni, Anuppur, Sidhi, Balaghat, Singrauli, Neemuch, Dewas, Jhabua, Panna, Datia, Tikamgarh, Chhindwara, Umaria, Mandla, Guna, Dindori, Khandwa, Sheopur, Niwari, Ashok Nagar, Alirajpur, Bhind and Burhanpur.
Agar-Malwa, Seoni, Chhattarpur, Morena, Barwani, Betul and Ujjain reported just one corona cases each. Their active cases are 8, 32, 1, 6, 7, 40 and 32 respectively.
