Hey so i’ve been working out for a month now, and there’s this body composition scale at our gym that measures how much fat and muscle you have. Last week i was at 70% muscle and only a week later i’m at 66,7. And on top of that i’ve gained 2% fat.
When i measured last week i had actually gained 3% muscle and lost 2.6% fat. And now its the other way around.
Does anyone know how this is possible?
I’m 1,91M and weigh 106kg.
I eat 200grams of protein everyday and i’m on a calorie deficit.
Best not to take anything seriously that comes from a BIA scale. They cannot be trusted to be either accurate or even consistent. They are simply measuring hydration which can vary a lot over time.
