The BSE Sensex is at 52,615 (up 0.4%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are TCS (up 2.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and ICICI BANK.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 15,763 (up 0.3%). TCS (up 2.5%) and INFOSYS (up 2.2%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 34,911 to 52,615, registering a gain of 17,704 points (up 50.47%).
IFCI net profit down at Rs 7 billion for the quarter ended December 2020, compared to a loss of Rs 3 billion a year ago. Net Sales declined 5.7% to Rs 6.1 billion during the period as against Rs 6.5 billion in October-December 2019.
For the year ended March 2020, IFCI reported 53.1% decrease in net profit to Rs 2.2 billion compared to net profit of Rs 4.8 billion during FY19.
Revenue of the company grew 1.9% to Rs 29 billion during FY20.
The current Price to earnings ratio of IFCI, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at down 1.5x.
