In the 44th AGM of the company mukesh ambani is expected to announce about the upcoming projects of the company like country's first smartphone, JioMart’s grocery venture with WhatsApp, low-cost affordable laptop JioBook, and its $15 billion deal with Saudi Aramco.

The meeting will take place through video conferencing and mukesh ambani will discuss these key things in it. The key announcement is about the affordable 5g phone. reliance has joined hands with google to develop the software for the 5g phone. Earlier google had bought a 7.7 per cent stake in reliance Jio for an amount of Rs 33,737 crore last year.

Reliance Jio is also planning to debut into laptop manufacturing called JioBook. The device is said to be powered by Qualcomm’s 11-nm Snapdragon 665 chipset with 4G connectivity. mukesh ambani will reveal about the future plans of the company to the shareholders. He is also expected to speak on reliance Retail in the meeting. He is also expected to speak on the Saudi Aramco deal.
