Elsa, who played professional basketball in her native Sweden before embarking on her modeling career, rounded off the look with white sneakers.
The Stockholm native announced her pregnancy on Instagram at the end of September by posting an elegant nude maternity photo-shoot.

Tom and Elsa, who have been an item since 2015, relocated from New York City to California during her pregnancy.
They spent $4.3 million on a swanky home in South Pasadena designed by the Viennese-born architect Richard Neutra, Variety reports.
