A wheelchair-bound man was found dead — with bites all over his body from his three pit bulls — in his Brooklyn trailer home this week, according to cops and police sources.
The 39-year-old man, who suffered from cerebral palsy, was found unconscious and unresponsive in his home on Dumont Avenue near Ruby Street in East New York around 10:25 p.m., authorities said.

His ears were torn, and he had suffered lacerations and puncture wounds that appeared to be from the dogs, according to police sources.
The city medical examiner’s office will determine whether he was mauled to death by the dogs, or died of natural causes before being attacked by his pets, cops said.
The dogs were removed by Animal Care and Control, the sources said.
