DLSA Srinagar to organise National Lok Adalat on July 10

Srinagar, Jun 23 (UNI) The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Srinagar is going to organise National Lok Adalat (NLA) on July 10, 2021 to settle pending cases amicably among the litigants within the premises of District Court Complex Moominabad Srinagar.
An official spokesman said that in this regard, the Parties or their Advocates, whose cases are pending before any Court at District Court Complex Moominabad Srinagar or before the Court of Additional Mobile Magistrate TFC Panthachowk and are desirous to settle their cases, claims and matters through the Lok Adalat scheduled herein above, shall approach the concerned Courts by or before June 30, 2021.
Besides, parties whose cases are not pending (i.e. Pre litigation matters) in any court but desire to settle their disputes can also approach Secretary District Legal Services Authority so that their cases, claims or matters can be settled amicably during National Lok Adalat.
