In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20210602-1 dated June 02, 2021 on the captioned matter.

The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated June 18, 2021 direct that the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed during the pendency of the appeal.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
