Chandigarh recorded 43 new Covid-19 cases and one death—the first in three days—a health bulletin from the union territory’s health department showed.

Chandigarh now has 267 active cases. Fatality count now stands at 806.

The bulletin showed 1,621 tests were conducted over 24 hours.
