Sub:  UNDER SECTIONS 11(1), 11(4) AND SECTION 11B OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA ACT, 1992 READ WITH REGULATION 44 OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (SUBSTANTIAL ACQUISITION OF SHARES AND TAKEOVERS) REGULATIONS, 1997 READ WITH REGULATION 35 OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (SUBSTANTIAL ACQUISITION OF SHARES AND TAKEOVERS) REGULATIONS, 2011, IN THE MATTER OF M/S CAMSON BIO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.

SEBI vide its order no. WTM/GM/EFD/ 13 /2020–21 dated June 22, 2021 has inter-alia issued following directions:

• Dhirendra Kumar, Veerendra Kumar, Akbal Narayan Singh, Alka Singh, Geeta Singh, Karan Singh, Camson Farm Produce Limited and Shashtika Health Resorts & Spa P. Ltd. shall not access the securities market or buy, sell or otherwise deal in the securities market, either directly or indirectly for a period of 5 years from the date of this Order.

·        During the period of restraint, Dhirendra Kumar, Veerendra Kumar, Akbal Narayan Singh, Alka Singh, Geeta Singh, Karan Singh, Camson Farm Produce Limited and Shashtika Health Resorts & Spa P. Ltd., shall not liquidate their existing holding of securities including units of mutual funds.

·        Also dispose of the SCN dated January 31, 2017, against Sanatan Herbals & Naturals Limited without any further directions.

This Order is effective from the date of the order.
